Kenwood’s Excelon X503-1 mono sub amp provides up to 500 watts RMS to your subwoofer and will fit almost anywhere in your vehicle. Kenwood uses audiophile-grade tech, including shielded output circuitry, high-quality capacitors, and Class D technology to ensure the amp will sound great and run cool.
A precise low-pass filter lets you optimize the sound for your sub, while the built-in bass boost lets you dial in just the right amount of thump. A subsonic filter removes ultra-low bass so that your amp and sub can operate more efficiently. A wired remote lets you control your sub’s level from the front seat.
The amp accepts input signals via RCA cables from an aftermarket receiver or by way of a factory radio’s speaker wiring so it’ll work with almost any non-premium mobile audio system. If you do use the speaker-level inputs, the amp can sense the signal and turn itself on, so you won’t need to install a separate remote turn-on lead running from the receiver or fuse box.
